Cosmetology Instructors Network recognizes the rights of all active members of the organization to have access to and to examine the corporate documents pursuant to the relevant statutes and case laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under which Cosmetology Instructors Network is organized and operating. To that extent, Cosmetology Instructors Network's Board of Directors has adopted a corporate disclosure policy to assist with the dissemination and examination of corporate documents by its active members.
Under this policy, any active member may request, in writing, to the Cosmetology Instructors Network business office, his or her desire to examine any or all of the following documents:
Upon receipt of the written request, the Cosmetology Instructors Network business office shall arrange for a convenient time for the requesting member to examine the requested documents at the Cosmetology Instructors Network business office in Somerset, Pennsylvania. If a request for copying and mailing of documents is made, upon advance payment, the Cosmetology Instructors Network business office will forward copies of the requested documents via US Mail to the requesting active member.
Cosmetology Instructors Network is a 501 (c)(3) Pennsylvania nonprofit organization that receives contributions of both funds and products, which are tax-deductible as charitable contributions within the limits of the Internal Revenue Code.
