CIN Donation Program
Cosmetology Instructors Network is asking you to donate excess exhibitor materials and reusable resource so we can assist struggling cosmetology schools.
If you anticipate having extra materials after the 2025 Educational Summit ends? Save on your shipping cost and reduce your footprints by donating your show samples, office supplies, booth décor, furniture, and more. Please fill out the required form so we know what to expect after the show ends.
If you leave anything materials behind after the show and you did not notify us of the donation you will be charged a $500.00 dumpster fee.
Many leftover exhibition items can be reused in our local community events. This includes small things as clipboards, pens, notepads, Lysol wipes, printer paper, office supplies, backpacks, attendee bags, water bottles, t-shirts, bags of candy, squishy balls, flash drives, samples, etc. and large things like display units, furniture, TV’s monitors, carpet, shelving units, etc.
All items must be in working condition to be donated to us for local community events. We do not want trash or items in need of repair i.e., Like a lopsided show case.
PARTICIPATING REQUIREMENTS
If any donations have not been packed properly nor has been dismantle and not approved for donation, these items will be considered abandoned and will not be part of the collective.
