Exhibitors & Attendees Registration Starts January 15, 2025
Insurance coverage is not optional. All exhibitors must secure and maintain insurance during set-up, show hours, and tear-down. Your company and any appointed contractors that you hire for the event will be responsible for claims arising out of your use of the premises of the Monroeville Convention Center. Including, but not limited to, the installation and dismantling of your display.
If you DO NOT have Commercial General Liability insurance, or you would rather not use your own insurance, (similar to when you rent a car – so that claims would not be filed against your policy), there is an option where you can purchase compliant Commercial General Liability insurance online. Please note you will be required to submit certificates of insurance for other insurance coverages outlined below.
