Cosmetology Instructors Network Educational Summit works hard to provide the best possible hotel rates for our Expo attendees. By reserving a room through the official Cosmetology Instructors Network Educational Summit room block at Hampton Inn, you’re not only supporting the Expo, but you’re also helping us maintain affordable rates for future events.
Cosmetology Instructors Network has a contractual agreement with Hamton Inn and can guarantee your room reservation when booked through the official block. Rooms booked outside of the official Cosmetology Instructors Network block will be the sole responsibility of the party booking, and neither Cosmetology Instructors Network nor Hamptoin Inn will be able to assist with changes, charges, or refunds.

All reservations must be received by 11:59pm, Wednesday, June 25, 2025. A major credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm the room reservation. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card as the Hampton Inn-Monroeville will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before, Wednesday, June 25, 2025. On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Client group rate after this date.
