Cosmetology Instructors Network Copyright Statement

Cosmetology Instructors Network, owns the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights, in Cosmetology Instructors Network.  As such, the use of Cosmetology Instructors Network and its trademark may not be used or misappropriated in any way without Cosmetology Instructors Network's written permission.

Without waiving the aforesaid, Cosmetology Instructors Network acknowledges that in 2024, we are planning on working under a cooperative agreement with the Cosmetology State Boards to let The Cosmetology Instructors Network participate in the design and instructor preparation curriculum for the Cosmetology Instructors.  The information and/or curriculum which we are currently producing as a result of that collaborative effort.  Notwithstanding the same, Cosmetology Instructors Network has uniquely tailored and/or modified the information and/or curriculum for use, as part of Cosmetology Instructors Network educational programs. ("Curl Talk").

As such, none of the Cosmetology Instructors Network Program Materials, Cosmetology Instructors Network, its copyright, marks trademarks, logos, phrases, designs, symbols, or any combination thereof, which are generally associated with Cosmetology Instructors Network, may be misappropriated or used to misrepresent that Cosmetology Instructors Network is sponsoring an education class, seminar or program, without written permission from Cosmetology Instructors Network.  Nor may Cosmetology Instructors Network or its trademark logo appear on any certificate of completion on any program, class, or seminar not sponsored by or offered by Cosmetology Instructors Network.  The Cosmetology Instructors Network Program Materials, Cosmetology Instructor Network, its copyrights, marks, trademarks, logos, phrases, designs, symbols, or any combination thereof may not be reproduced, by another party, individuals, entity, or employer (e.g. photocopying, scanning, faxing, electronically) without Cosmetology Instructors Network written permission.  Cosmetology Instructors Network reserves all copyrights, marks, trademarks, logos, phrases, designs, symbols, or any combination thereof, which could or may be associated with Cosmetology Instructors Network, unto itself, for its sole use.
